Joseph N. Resta is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at RYE Strategies, bringing more than a decade of experience in political digital marketing and strategy. He began his career at the Republican Governors Association and the Republican National Committee before advancing into senior leadership roles at leading political digital firms.

Following his service on the 2017 Presidential Inaugural Committee, Joseph relocated to Texas, where he expanded his digital strategy expertise. Before co-founding the company, Joseph served as COO at an award-winning digital firm from 2022 to 2026.
